  Our son has just moved into his first house. Jane,Steve and their team have helped him select lounge furniture, bedroom furniture, rugs and mirrors. From start to finish the Brown’s service is exceptional. From the team installing all beds and bedroom furniture to Steve coming with his templates and tool box to put up two mirrors. I have to say it is above and beyond what is expected to have the Manager of the company hanging the two mirrors without even being asked to. All packaging was removed and the place left clean and tidy. Thank you all so much, your service is outstanding.

  Are you bored of buying furniture from faceless big superstores who are more worried about sales figures than good old customer service? Yes, so were we. So we went to our local furniture shop, Browns. What a great experience they offer. It is sometimes a bit daunting to choose bedroom furniture with so many options and styles (and prices), but Steve advised us based on our requirements and our general style including carpet colours and wallpaper. We couldn't be more happy with the furniture we chose and also with the service (and delivery & installation). I wouldn't go anywhere else. Browns is a great place where you can browse and pick and choose to suit your exact requirements. Well done Steve and the team !!!
